About me..........

My culinary journey began in the warmth of my Nana's kitchen, where I learned the art of baking, and alongside my father, where I discovered the joy of cooking. These early experiences shaped not just my skills, but my heart for creating something truly special.

With over 30 years in the coffee and hospitality business, and more than 15 years as a private chef and caterer, I've honed my craft through countless experiences and cherished moments shared with others. Now, I'm combining all of this knowledge, skill, and passion into something uniquely mine—BAKED ETC.

While nothing I create is entirely new, it is authentically unique to me. I bring my epicurean experience and exacting standards to every ingredient I select, every recipe I perfect. Some might say I'm an artist of sorts—an artist who loves to share my craft to elevate your experience.

I offer not only baked goods, but baked etcetera—because what we create here goes beyond the ordinary. It's an experience, a moment of joy, a taste of something crafted and curated with care and intention.
