BAKED ETC. has really done it now. I have created a strawberry shortcake chunkie cookie. I have infused my cookie dough with Ontario strawberries and golden bran to give this cookie it's shortcake flavor, than of course I've inserted a cream cheese filling!
Ingredients: Plain flour, self-raising flour, unsalted butter, caster sugar, brown sugar, locally sourced strawberries, eggs, Belgian 30% white chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier (soy lecithin) & vanilla extract), bran, golden syrup, wheat starch, cream cheese, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, salt, natural flavor, annatto extract, vanilla extract.
